About Me
From my time both consulting and in-house, I’ve worked with over 25 companies across industries such as consumer goods, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, electronics, tech, education, travel, and transportation. I am passionate about understanding the human experience, connecting with end-users (B2C and B2B), and creating outputs that are actionable to the business. I hold a Masters of Design from IIT Institute of Design and a BA in Psychology from Lewis and Clark College.
After nearly a decade in Chicago, I returned to my hometown of Seattle in 2020 and now enjoy the wonders of the PNW alongside my husband and two small kids.

Research Services
The project life cycle through a researcher lens
Research doesn’t have to be a slog. I firmly believe in the “just enough” philosophy of data gathering and building off what we already know. I can work with your team to design an approach that meets both timeline and budget, while still answering critical research questions. Already have your approach laid out and need support to conduct and analyze the research? With expertise across a wide range of qualitative methods, I can lead the charge on research execution, synthesis and deliverable creation. Team collaboration across every research phase is welcomed and encouraged.
